Specialista Senior / Project Manager In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain multi-platform desktop applications within ABB's Digital Agile Unit, focusing on Windows and Mac environments. You'll work on IoT connectivity, cloud integration, and secure, enterprise-facing software, applying AI-assisted practices to boost productivity and code quality. You'll follow the secure development lifecycle to deliver robust, reliable solutions.

This hybrid role offers collaboration across cross-functional teams and opportunities to shape cutting-edge desktop software. Design and develop modern Windows desktop applications using .NET, C#, WPF, WinUI, Windows App SDK, and C++ Enable seamless integration between desktop apps, devices, IoT, and cloud/services Leverage AI-assisted tooling for coding, testing, documentation, and code reviews with human oversight Collaborate in an Agile environment with UX/UI, test, cybersecurity, and product teams Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) for builds, tests, packaging, signing,



and deployment Uphold software excellence through code reviews, testing, metrics, and best practices Apply cybersecurity measures per Security Development Lifecycle and secure coding standards Degree in electronic engineering or computer science or related field Solid experience in Windows desktop development using .NET, C#, WPF, WinUI, Windows App SDK, and/or C++ Strong knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, DI, asynchronous programming, multithreading Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and agentic workflows Familiarity with Azure, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, testing, and cloud integration Experience with device connectivity protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP, RS-485, Bluetooth LE) and IoT Excellent communication and collaboration skills English and Italian language proficiency In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain multi-platform desktop applications within ABB's Digital Agile Unit, focusing on Window...
