• ITAbout this vacancyWe are looking for a Software Product Assurance Manager who wants to play a key role in ensuring the reliability and excellence of mission-critical software—both onboard spacecraft and within ground systems. Ensure product assurance for software employed in mission-critical space systems, both onboard and on the ground.
- Ensure that all software development and procurement activities comply with space industry quality standards.
- Participate in major project reviews throughout the entire software lifecycle.
- Manage and monitor Software Problem Reports (SPR) and Non-Conformances (NCR).
- Serve as the client’s point of reference for all software quality and assurance-related matters.What we expect from youRequirements:Degree in Aerospace/Computer/Automation/Mechatronic EngineeringAt least 2 years of work experience in the roleSolid knowledge of software processes and life cyclesHands-on experience in real-time and mission-critical software development, for aerospace contextsKnowledge of tools like DOORS and major static analysis and software metrics toolsKnowledge of the MISRA C standardExpertise in software verification techniques (testing, inspections)Familiarity with major software and space standards: ECSS, DO 178C, AQAP2210Knowledge of software configuration fundamentalsKnowledge of the EN9100:2018 standardItalian C2, fluent EnglishWhat you can expect from usThe position includes a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €38,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and, upon completing the selection process while evaluating the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, it may propose a final RAL above the level indicated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct project profit-sharing component, an annual budget of €4,000 net for skill development, and an annual welfare credit.
