- Advise travelers about the different products that we offer to enhance their travel experience
- Create new bookings, as well as make changes to existing bookings
- Help travelers redeem their credits and vouchers
- Assist with fraud checks and processes
- Capture required data and process through appropriate systems
- Enter traveler information into our database
- Keep up to date with promotions & special offers
- Ensure traveler satisfaction by following up to resolve problems
