Join us and start the future! **VOTRE ROLE** Dans le cadre de l'organisation de la Stratégie et de la Gestion des Programmes de Qualité et de Fiabilité Globale, vous serez amené(e) à: - Participer à la mise en place et à la gestion d'un programme de transformation à l'échelle de l'entreprise pour la Qualité.
- Définir et déployer les meilleures pratiques de gestion de programme pour assurer une exécution correcte et un impact positif sur les performances opérationnelles de l'entreprise.
- Mettre en place des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), des modèles et une base de données.
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques et méthodologies de gestion de projet pour la planification et le suivi de l'exécution.
- Assister à la coordination des réunions de projet, des ateliers et des communications avec les parties prenantes.



**VOS COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCES**
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez posséder: - Un Master en ingénierie, sciences, gestion de projet ou un domaine similaire.
- Une solide compréhension des principes et méthodologies de gestion de projet.
- D'excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
- Une resistente capacité de communication et de relations interpersonnelles. **YOUR ROLE** As part of the Global Quality and Reliability Strategy and Program Management organization, you take part of the setup and management of a Company-wide transformation program for Quality, defining and deploying Program Management best practices to ensure both proper execution and expected positive impact on the operational performances of the company.
- Setting-up program KPIs, templates and database
- Supporting the implementation of project management best practices and methodologies for planning and execution follow-up
- Assisting in the coordination of project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications **YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- Master degree in Engineering, Sciences, Project Management or similar
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
