Join us and start the future! **YOUR ROLE** key responsability: - He/she is responsible for conducting strategic analysis of engineering processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- He/she designs and implements solutions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- He/she utilizes data, models, simulations, and algorithms to identify bottlenecks, waste, and risks of the product engineering team workflow/activities.
- He/she collaborates with stakeholders, clients, and PE teams to understand their needs and constraints, ensuring that solutions align with organizational objectives.
- He/she monitors the performance of implemented solutions,



measures outcomes against KPIs, and makes necessary adjustments based on performance data and feedback.
- He/she prepares and delivers reports, proposals, and presentations to document the value and impact of solutions. he/she ensures clear communication and buy-in from all parties.
- He/she fosters a culture of continuous improvement and creativity within the Product Engineering team.
- He/she facilitates collaboration between different departments, ensuring that solutions align with the broader organizational goals.
- He/she emphasizes the use of data, models, and simulations to drive decision-making and solution development, promoting a culture of evidence-based practices.
- He/she ensures that product engineering practice/procedure adhere to industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. **Profile**
- Master's degree in electronics, management engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in statistics, data analysis tools, GANTT and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
