Join Starhotels and become part of the Reception Team as Night Auditor (temporary contract) at our _Hotel Terminus _in the heart of _Naples_.
Since you’ll be based at the Front Desk, you'll be an important reference point for guests during the night. Your responsibilities include: - Being the friendly face that responds promptly to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance.
- Willingness to work during night hours, embracing the night charm.
- Performing nighttime check-in and check-out routines and ensuring flawless book closings.
- Efficiently managing guest messages and requests.
- Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
- Ensuring lobby and Front Desk standards and safety compliance.
- Adhering to policies and procedures when working front of house equipment and property management systems. Exceed expectations revealing: - A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
- 3+ years’ experience in 4 or 5-star hotels as a Night Porter or Secretary Shift.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
