**Executive Assistant** **About us** Carlo Ratti Associati, founded by the MIT Professor Carlo Ratti, is an innovative design firm based in Turin, Italy and New York, US. Some upcoming projects include the curation of the 2025 Biennale di Venezia, and designing the French Pavilion for Expo Osaka 2025. These ventures highlight our ongoing impact in advancing innovative design on a global scale, influencing global conversations and shaping environments that reflect our commitment to progress. **The role** **Key Responsibilities**: - Act as the primary point of contact for Professor Carlo Ratti, managing and prioritizing his schedule, calendar, and incoming communications.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
- Prepare for and follow up on meetings, ensure action points are implemented
- Represent Carlo at essential management meetings and contribute to the improvement of operational processes.
- Articulate Carlo’s vision to project teams, promoting innovation and teamwork.
- Encourage collaboration across Carlo’s ventures in architecture, research, and tech.
- Drive initiatives in line with the strategic goals of CRA and related ventures.
- Ensure efficiency,
completion and follow up on projects and initiatives Qualifications: - Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
- We’re looking for a dynamic, precise and cosmopolitan person with a degree from a top university. A degree and knowledge of the fields of design and architecture is a plus.
- At least one international experience is mandatory. **Skills**: - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. Italian and/or any other European language is a plus.
- Project Management: Capability to proficiently manage multiple, concurrent projects. Meticulous attention to detail and proactivity.
