A Chinese restaurant is looking for a professional manager who can satisfy customers by following the directions of the director. **Responsibilities**:
Respond to the many booking requests that come in through online platforms and phone calls. Ensure that all reservation requests are processed promptly and accurately with attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to coordinate requests from the guests. Collect information about the customer and ensure the optimization of the guest service. Contribute to continuous improvement of the profit and suggest ideas to optimize efficiency and guest experience. Must have skills:
Profiency in Italian and English, Chinese is a plus.
