About The Role As a Shift Supervisor you will provide leadership to the daily operations of the fabrication department.
You will report to the Nuclear Fabrication Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign tasks to team members based on schedules and qualifications;
- Ensure safe use of equipment and materials; report and investigate safety issues by ARC;
- Communicate company updates and safety messages during weekly meetings;
- Conduct quality and standard work peer checks to ensure compliance;
- Implement training plans and maintain accurate documentation;
- Coordinate with planning and production teams to track progress and address schedule deviations;
- Monitor staffing needs, apply corrective actions, and support process continuity;
- Maintain workplace organization, production records, teamwork, and up-to-date employee training.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma;
- At least five years of directly related experience in heavy manufacturing;
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and shop math;
- Proficiency with blue prints;
- Availability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
- Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B2 level).

The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €31.900 to €42.000. Why Westinghouse?
