**Pordenone** **To expand our Manufacturing Engineering Department, we are looking for a PROCESS TECHNOLOGIST.** **Responsabilità**
- Maintenance and development of mechanical systems for processing and product/process control, including: - Turning and milling work centers;
- Anthropomorphic robots for handling parts and tools;
- Work centers for balancing and balancing control;
- 2D/3D measuring instruments.
- Programming and tooling of work centers;
- Management of the production start-up of new products, from the sampling process to series production;
- Optimization of programs and operating sequences to reduce cycle times and production costs;
- Analysis of internal logistics flows and balancing of production areas;
- Management of casting equipment and core boxes for iron castings. **Requirements**: - Degree in Mechanical Engineering or technical specilization;
- Previous experience in programming and management of production plants;
- Excellent knowledge of 3D design software (Solid Edge) and CAM programming (Esprit);
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
- Availability for short trips both in Italy and abroad. Completing the profile skills in the use and programming of Mazak machining centres, ABB and Fanuc anthropomorphic robots; knowledge of industrial vision systems and knowledge of heat treatments.
