Innovo Global Talent is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal) with a focus on net-new business in warehouse automation and robotics. The role is remote/hybrid with travel, and you will own the region from pipeline to closure.

You will engage senior stakeholders, drive recurring revenue solutions (SaaS/RaaS), and build market strategy. Fluency in English plus Spanish/Italian preferred; base salary €80k-€115k with premio and equity.
