Bellafrut SAS, operating since 1967, specializes in the brokerage of fruit and vegetable products for the large-scale distribution sector, delivering fresh produce directly to retail outlets across Europe.
**QUALITY AND SERVICES BACK OFFICE**:
Managing relationships with suppliers to achieve and maintain the required quality standards over time
Actively and consistently communicating with suppliers, ensuring necessary information is updated in the company's information system
Identifying potentially critical situations for both suppliers and the organization
Managing non-conformity events in compliance with company procedures
Collecting packing lists and verifying their accuracy and alignment with transport documents and orders
Ensuring proper labeling in accordance with current regulations and specific company and client requirements




Communicating with internal departments directly involved in QS activities and external quality departments to ensure the Quality System operates effectively and remains aligned with client demands
Preparing reports on topics/activities within their area of responsibility **Requirements**:
University degree or high school diploma
Previous experience in similar roles
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent knowledge (written and spoken) of Italian and English
Knowledge of German will be considered a plus
