- Act as the primary point of contact for all initiatives and projects related to the company’s digital products.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable, and prioritized functional requirements.
- Own and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Define and drive the product roadmap from discovery through delivery.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, UX/UI designers, QA teams, and technology partners to ensure successful product delivery.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Coordinate external vendors and technology partners, monitoring delivery quality, timelines, and outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively address potential issues.
- Support testing, validation, and release activities for new features and enhancements.
- Analyze user feedback, product performance metrics, and KPIs to drive continuous product improvement.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders across Italy, France, and Germany, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Qualifications
- 4–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product‑focused role within digital environments.
- Proven experience managing digital products, mobile applications, web platforms, and/or customer portals.
- Strong ability to understand and interpret technical requirements, functional specifications, and software development processes.
- Experience working closely with software development teams and cross‑functional technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Hands‑on experience managing Product Backlogs, product roadmaps, and Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
- Familiarity with product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of system integrations, APIs, and digital architectures.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to leverage product metrics and KPIs to support decision‑making.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Fluent English (written and spoken), with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

- Gross Annual Salary (RAL) starting from € 40.000, determined on the basis of objective and transparent criteria, including professional experience gained, specialized technical skills, the level of autonomy and responsibility required, and alignment with the company’s compensation and job classification framework.
