This specialization offers the opportunity to work on nationally and internationally significant projects within the telecommunications industry, participating in key initiatives of change and improvement in the realm of digitalizing business operations. Specifically, you will be tasked with: - **Business process** mapping and re-engineering;
- Redesigning a new operational **Governance model**;
- **Project **and **Change Management**;
- Organisational **analysis and design**;

- Master's degree in **Management Engineering** or **Management** (or similar);
- Excellent knowledge of the **MS Office**;
- Good **project management** skills.
- **An excellent knowledge of English**, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
