Manitowoc, international leader in providing lifting equipments and solutions with our brands Potain and Grove, is looking for a Value Stream Manager to support the Operational Team based in Niella Tanaro (CN). **Main Responsibilities in this Role**
- Responsible of production cycle of the assigned Value Stream organizing the production department from internal incoming of parts and components to finished cranes delivery.
- Guarantee the maximum quality level of products though lines quality inspections.
- Emplyees management, ensuring the appropriate training and information.
- Guarantee the compliance to the company safety standards.
- Guarantee that all stages of production are clearly defined and visible for the whole organization. **To be successful in this Role**
- Engineering or other Technical degree
- Five or more years of directly relevant experience in manifacturing industries
- Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Flexibility and Proactivity
- Stress Resistant
- People Management & Team Building
- Knowledge of Lean principles
- Knowledge of EH&S; regulation in compliance with DLgs 81/2008 e smi
