Visa is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across Italy. You will identify and qualify fintech opportunities, own end-to-end deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to progress opportunities to close.

The role requires a hunter mindset, strong relationship-building, and the ability to navigate complex value propositions. Frequent collaboration with Digital Sales and partners is expected; 3 days in-office per week in Italy.
