Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Learning, IE and Engagement Department, based in Rome, and will support the team in the following activities:
Engagement
Support the team in the Colleague Experience Engagement Survey flow: survey implementation, launch and communication campaign, results analysis and collection of action plans.
Assist in the deployment of Engagement initiatives.
Colleague Development
Collaborate and support the team in the implementation of the learning strategy, with a particular focus on I&E; courses, managing the Valentino Learning platform. **Requirements**:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
Proficiency in English
Research, analytical, and communication skills.
Organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
