Italian Customer Support Advisor - Work Abroad

For this particular position, we are working with a well established Customer Support company to find an Italian Customer Support Specialist. This position is full-time and will be based in Portugal. **Your Responsibilities**: - Providing optimal advice for different queries of the business clients
- Independent and proactive solution finding, using the available knowledge base
- Account help to manage subscriptions, update payment methods and resolve billing issues
- Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained **Key Skills**: - Confident communicator
- Good problem solving skills
- Previous experience in customer support is a preferred **Job Requirements**: - EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card




- Native/ Bilingual level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
- High level of English (minimum B2 Level)
