If you are looking for stimulating challenges and the chance to contribute your ideas for process improvement in an ever-growing company, IRCA is the right place. **Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities**: - Weekly and monthly reporting through detailed analysis and specific information
- Conduct in-depth monthly analyses of industrial cost items
- Support investment reporting and conduct ad-hoc analyses related to operational activities
- Support in the process of budget and forecast **Requisitions**: - ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- ** Professional skills**:Accounting principles; Budget; Forecast
- ** Experience**: 3/4 years of experience in the role, preferably in B2B companies and in the sector of Cesarin
- ** Language skills**: Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
- ** IT Skills**: MS Office + familiarity with an accounting software is a plus
- ** Soft skills**:Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines; Analytical skills; Organizational skills; Good communication and relationship skills; Analytical and time optimization skills; Ability to work in a dynamic context
