**Job description**:

- Your curiosity and eagerness to learn, as we support over 1000 clients from all sectors worldwide. **Your missions**: - Design intuitive and engaging user experiences starting from wireframes and prototypes in **Figma**.
- Convert Figma designs into **CSS components within the Angular framework.**
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Optimize UI components for responsiveness and performance.
- Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Maintain consistency with branding guidelines and design systems.
- Stay updated with the latest **UI/UX trends and best practices.** **Your profile**: - Strong knowledge of **Figma, Angular, and CSS**.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Preferred knowledge of the aerospace and defense sector and systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
