_About Caffè Gilli_ Opened in 1733, Caffè Gilli is one of the Florence most authentic venues with a wonderful selection of pastries, fine dining and cocktails. We currently have an opportunity for a talented Commis with at least 3 years experience to join our team! Responsibilities will include: assisting the Executive Chef, tidying and cleaning the kitchen, preparing and dosing ingredients and preparing basic preparations.
