In this role you will drive growth in the Italian market by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored ICT solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business goals and develop strategic account plans. You'll build executive-level relationships and apply consultative selling to understand customer goals and shape offerings.

Travel as needed to engage with customers

3–5 years of proven success in selling complex deals within multinational or large national organizations

Bachelor's degree; fluent in Italian and English

Strong technical proficiency with CRM tools

Advanced sales techniques and market analysis skills

Broad understanding of ICT strategy and digital transformation

Confident, persuasive communicator with ability to engage C-level executives and stakeholders

Leadership and entrepreneurial spirit with ability to manage and delegate
