The International School of Florence (ISF) is seeking a dynamic, creative, and organized **Digital Marketing & Communications Junior Assistant** to join our Advancement Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with strong communication skills, graphic design expertise, and a passion for storytelling and community engagement in an international school environment. Working under the direction of the Communications Director, the coordinator will support the successful implementation of the school’s marketing strategy, contribute to content creation for digital and print platforms, and help organize a variety of events—including alumni outreach, fundraising campaigns, and community celebrations. The role requires flexibility to work between ISF’s two campuses and collaborate across departments to promote the school’s mission and values. Commencement of duties: approx. 18 August, 2025 Education, Experience and Job requirements:
**Prerequisites**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience in video creation and editing (e.g., iMovie, Moviemaker, or similar)
- _Bilingual in English and Italian (spoken and written)_
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience managing social media and website content
- Graphic design experience for digital and print materialsHigh levels of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset with a positive, energetic approachFlexibility to work between two campuses as needed
