Eli Lilly Italia is seeking a Process Automation Supervisor to lead a team of 2 professional engineers. This role reports directly to the Associate Director - Process Automation Parenteral and is responsible for overseeing technical activities within the Cross-Functional Team in the Pre-Filled Syringes module. The Process Automation Supervisor ensures that PA systems comply with business requirements, corporate guidelines, cGMP standards, and data integrity principles. This position involves managing resources, supervising their performance, development, and training while ensuring adherence to internal regulations and protocols. **Main Responsibilities**: - Contribute to defining priorities, objectives, business plans, resource assessments, production strategies, alternative demand management, and shutdown planning, as well as reviewing module KPIs (deviations, observations, LIFE events, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Engineering Lead Team in drafting business plans and defining system architecture evolution over a 3-5 year period.
- Oversee, through assigned PA resources, daily support, troubleshooting, problem resolution, deviation investigations, continuous improvement,



and IT maintenance for PA systems within the assigned production module.
- Manage, through assigned PA resources, the execution of projects included in the module’s technical agenda
- Lead the PA team, overseeing personnel development, setting individual objectives, and assigning tasks based on roles and expertise. **Required Qualifications**
- Master’s Degree in Engineering (Information, Industrial, Automation, Robotics) or related scientific disciplines.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong expertise in system design and Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Proven experience in technical fields and project management.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with an empathetic and inclusive approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset, and results-driven attitude. **What We Offer**
