Job Description:
We are looking for a for a Content Specialist - Community manager for our office in Milan. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the scheduling and publishing of content across various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.);- Daily monitoring of online interactions and conversations related to the managed brands;- Moderating comments and managing messages, in alignment with each client's tone of voice;- Supporting the preparation of regular performance reports for social media content. Requirements:
- Genuine interest in digital communication and social media;- Attention to detail, proactivity, and a collaborative attitude;- Familiarity with main social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin; knowledge of YouTube is a plus);- Academic background in communication, marketing, or related fields.
