**Therapeutic Area Head - Oncology & Haematology (Italy)** Are you ready to lead the medical strategy in oncology for a global biopharma leader? At **Ipsen**, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced **Therapeutic Area Head** to drive innovation and scientific excellence in our Oncology & Haematology Medical Affairs team. **What You’ll Do**: - Lead the local medical strategy in alignment with global goals
- Oversee clinical trials, scientific projects, and medical information
- Build strong relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals
- Guide and support Medical Managers and MSLs
- Ensure compliance with local and international standards, and Ipsen SOPs **What We’re Looking For**: - Medical or scientific degree
- Proven experience in Medical Affairs (oncology preferred)
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
