**Position Type** Non-Management At The St. Regis Rome we are looking a for a Front Desk Trainee.
- Welcome and escort guests
- Check In and Check Out procedures
- Knowledge of the department's Hotel and overview of other operating departments in close contact with the front desk;
- Operational procedures and standards related to the front desk department
- Introduction of computer programs and system used by Marriott (Opera)
- Introduction of company loyalty programs.
- Required: Proficient English and Italian. other languages will be a plus Build upon your classroom studies through our Hotel Internship Program opportunities.
