- Contratto:_ Interniship **Main Tasks and Responsibilities**: - To support in conducting market research and analyzing trends in the cosmetics industry.
- To contribute to the analysis and positioning of existing product ranges, identifying opportunities for improvement or differentiation.
- To assist in the preparation of product presentations and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- To collaborate in the creation of marketing briefs for new product developments, ensuring alignment with market needs, brand positioning, and regulatory considerations.
- To support in the development of content for digital channels (website, social media, newsletters), in coordination with communication and digital teams.
- To assist in the organization and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches, both online and offline.
- To participate in meetings with raw material suppliers or external partners, collecting relevant marketing insights and supporting the selection of ingredients with compelling storytelling.
- To help in preparing materials for trade shows, exhibitions, and internal marketing events.
- To manage and update internal databases and marketing tools with product information and visuals. To assist in ensuring project timelines are met by coordinating with various departments and following up on deliverables. **Skills required**
- Bachelor or master’s degree; different or a lower level of education will be evaluated according to a real and proven working experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of English is an essential requisite
- Ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
- Effective workload planning, respect of deadlines, ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment, adaptability
