- Fluency in at least one of these languages: French, Spanish, German, Italian, English, Chinese, or Portuguese Your Role: - Lead private, tailored walking tours showcasing Napoli’s heritage and hidden gems
- Deliver excellent customer service to create memorable experiences for all guests
- Customize tours based on visitors’ interests and preferences
- Communicate clearly and engage with diverse groups
- Create a warm, inclusive atmosphere so guests feel welcome and valued Bonus Points If You: - Are comfortable hosting tours lasting 3 to 8 hours
