**Essential Job Functions**: - Lead data science projects from inception to completion, ensuring that objectives are met.
- Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
- Define and manage project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and data infrastructure.
- Monitor the quality and integrity of data, conducting data cleansing and preprocessing, as necessary.
- Oversee data visualization and reporting activities to effectively communicate results.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in data science methodologies and best practices.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation in data science. **Basic Qualifications**:



- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Proficiencies in data manipulation, database management, and statistical analysis
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology **Other Qualifications**: - Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Possession of relevant certifications like Data Science Professional (DSP) certification is a plus LI-DNI
