We are looking for a Private Client Assistant to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Couture Italia in the brand-new boutique of Milan Corso Venezia. As a member of our team, you will learn and acquire the right abilities to be responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the Ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and you can make our top clients feel cherished on an exclusive level. **Job responsibilities**:

You can support the Store Manager and the boutique team in the following activities: - Management of the manager's agenda, coordinating appointments and commitments.
- Support in the preparation of One-To-One appointments with top clients, ensuring that all necessary materials and information are ready and accurate.
- Drafting reports and documentation related to team activities.
- Cross-functional support to other teams in the boutique and sales assistants, collaborating to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Follow-up activities on the management of top clients, ensuring a personalized and high-quality service. **Profile**:
WHAT YOU CAN BRING
**Requirements**: - University degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion and related field
- English (C1-C2), other languages are a plus.
- Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software Soft & Interpersonal skills: - A desire to develop a career in luxury retail
- Ability to tackle with multiple tasks
