Covering the role of Region Planning & Controlling Manager, you will partner and work closely with the Region Board members actively pursuing the realization of the business plans and providing key performance indicators versus the target achievements, contribute to the decision-making process to guide the overall business through the creation and delivery of effective business plans, and play a key role challenging peers constructively.



**Main Responsibilities**:
As Region Planning & Controlling Manager you will be responsible, at Region level, for all tasks and activities related to Commercial, Industrial/Plant, Overheads and Supply Chain Planning & Controlling, Capex, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Planning & Controlling, ensuring the proper internal operating planning process (budget, forecast) respecting Group / Company timings. You will ensure the management and reliability of all Region financial data and interact with all Departments to ensure the provision of monthly closings and explain deviations from the Budget/Forecasts, including Early Warnings and GMT Risks & Opportunities. You will have an active role in providing the Region CFO, Region Management Board and all relevant stakeholders with insights, analysis and recommendations of commercial & industrial financial levers as well as provide corrective action plans, if needed. You will interact with the Area Commercial/Industrial & Supply Controlling to explain deviations and Budgetary assumptions, ensuring compliance with the procedures for loading into the Information Systems of the financial data (actual and Budget/Forecasts). **Who we are looking for**:




We are looking for a Senior professional with **over 15 years of experience** in Planning & Controlling, gained within **structured and complex corporate environments**. As a Senior Finance professional, you will bring your extensive knowledge in managing complex and structured cross-functional relationships, teams, and business dynamics. Your flexibility and quick adaptability to new, growing, and changing environments while preserving company values and legacy will be an asset for us. Your experience in people management**andyour excellent cross-functional communication skills will be key, together with your ability to work under pressure, show agility, and meet deadlines. Finally, you are fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English. Availability for international mobility is preferred. **How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero**:
