Within the Global Risk & Compliance Organization, we are looking for a Compliance Specialist with focus on the anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing area of law. **How will you make an impact in this role?**
- Support activities to identify and assess the risk of non-compliance in anti-money laundering and counter financing of terrorism areas, including reporting to Company Committees
- Act as entry point of contact for the support of relevant business initiatives, projects, products and new regulatory developments
- Support the development/update policies and procedures, training programs, independent monitoring and testing activities, sanctions **Preferred Qualifications**: - Degree in Law, Economics or equivalent and significant and proven previous experience of at least 3 years in comparable roles and organizations




- Good knowledge and understanding of AML/CTF regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently in dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities and operate effectively under changing conditions
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
