You’ll deal with customer orders, send offers, and keep everything organized **Your Tasks**
- Enter and follow up on orders from customers and suppliers
- Prepare offers and help manage quotes
- Keep in touch with clients and partners
- Help organize documents and keep everything updated
- Work closely with our sales team to support daily activities **What We’re Looking For**
- Diploma or degree (business, administration, or languages preferred)
- Good English skills (B1-B2 or higher)
- Basic Office skills (Excel especially)
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Team player with a positive attitude
