**Position: R&D; Director - Polyurethane Products (CASE Sector)** **Location**: Italy**
**Industry**: Chemical / Polyurethane Systems **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead and manage Research & Development activities related to polyurethane-based products, including both intermediates and finished goods within the **C.A.S.E.** sector.
- Oversee internal scale-up processes for the production of newly developed products.
- Coordinate internal and external validation of new products, including direct support at customer sites.
- Develop and maintain all technical documentation related to products.
- Manage relationships with external laboratories and certification bodies concerning products and company processes within the CASE sector.
- Monitor relevant national and international regulations to ensure compliance of both products and processes.




- Collaborate directly with customers in the development and optimization of new products. **Requirements and Qualifications**: - Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of **10-15 years of experience** in companies manufacturing or using polyurethane systems.
- At least **5-10 years of experience** in managing R&D; projects related to the CASE industry.
- Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary projects.
- Solid technical and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and lead R&D; team activities effectively.
