**Job Opportunity: Site Manager - Superyacht Refit Project** Location: near Trieste area Contract Type: Freelance (Project-based) Project Duration: Approx. 18 months extendable Start Date: August 2025 **About the Project**:
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the on-site coordination of a superyacht refit project at a prestigious shipyard. This high-profile assignment requires a dynamic individual with a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and proven experience in managing complex yacht refits from the ground up. **Key Responsibilities**: - Serve as the main on-site representative, ensuring smooth execution of all refit activities.
- Liaise with the shipyard, subcontractors, technical teams, and the client’s representatives.
- Oversee work schedules, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Track project progress and provide regular reporting on timelines and deliverables.
- Address and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.




- Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship aligned with superyacht industry expectations. The scope of work is detailed in the annex
- Previous experience managing or consulting on superyacht refit projects.
- Strong knowledge of yacht systems, refit processes, and class/regulatory requirements.
- Engineering or maritime technical background preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently while coordinating multiple stakeholders.
