Italy**Job type**: Tempo pieno, Fixed Term**Start date**: 25 August 202514 August 2025**Job overview**: - The Institut International Saint-Dominique of Rome is hiring: Boarding School Supervisor The Institut International Saint-Dominique (ISD), a French-accredited international school in Rome, member of the AEFE network and IB World School, is looking for a Boarding School Supervisor for the 2025-2026 academic year.**_
Key responsibilities:_**
Supervise and support boarding students aged 11 to 18 in a safe, caring, and multicultural environment.
Ensure students’ well-being and safety in the boarding house during evenings, nights, and weekends (according to shift schedule).
Organize and lead educational, cultural, or sports activities that promote personal development, autonomy, and a sense of community.
Collaborate closely with the educational team and families to provide individualized follow-up.
Act as a trusted adult and positive role model within the school community.**_
Proven experience working with teenagers (in boarding schools, youth camps, or other educational environments).
A strong sense of responsibility, kindness, natural authority,
availability, and team spirit.
Excellent communication, listening, and mediation skills.
Fluency in at least two of the following languages: French, English, Italian.
Additional training or certification in youth work or education (such as BAFA, BAFD, or equivalent) is a plus.**_
