The Laboratory Engineer will act as Development Engineer, participating in New Product Development by supporting the creation of a product design that fulfills company goals while integrating the needs of marketing, sales and manufacturing departments. Conduct experimental and research activities to add value to specific know-how. Oversee and perform tests of products and prototypes, including pre-production and production products.
Write Test
Reports and assist in the development of Test Methods & DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) studies. Research new technical solutions through experimental processes or innovation approaches. Analyze product and prototypes to determine failure modes. Firmware analysis and debugging. Prepare and set up prototypes. Test components.
Engineering
Degree (Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronic). 1+ years of experience. Previous experience as laboratory engineer in medium-large companies is a plus. Fluent in English written and spoken. Highly precise mechatronics professional specialized in product testing, problem-solving, and hands-on system analysis. Electromechanical and mechatronic systems.
Analyzing physical phenomena and testing new components. Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented. Strong manual skills and rapid problem-solving.

Salary range: 35.000€-45.000€, applicable collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) is metalmeccanico.
