Tether.io seeks an AI research engineer to drive innovation in training and optimizing vision-language models for production deployment across multimodal data.

You will design end-to-end pipelines, from data curation to evaluation, applying post-training techniques, distillation, and RL from feedback, collaborating with a small, fast-moving team.

A strong publishing record and open-source contributions are valued; MS/PhD in CS/ML preferred.
