We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Italian team based in Magenta (Milan) .Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate placement.
- Identify, attract, and engage technical professionals within the Oil &
- Gas, Energy, Power, and Industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates across Italy.
- Conduct candidate interviews and technical pre-screening.
- Present suitable candidates to clients within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Work closely with the Commercial and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to recruitment strategies and market mapping activities.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian speaker (written and spoken).
- Good speaking of English.
- Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience within:
- Energy
- Oil &
- Gas
- EPC
- Industrial Engineering
- Technical Manpower Services
- Previous experience in a manpower provision or technical staffing company is essential.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting Oil &
- Gas and Energy professionals.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and networking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
Nice to Have
- Existing network of technical professionals in the Italian Energy and Oil &
- Gas market.
- Experience recruiting for EPC contractors, construction projects, commissioning, maintenance, or turnaround activities.
- Knowledge of ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit is an advantage).
