• Consumer Insights Specialist to join our Research and Development team in our Beauty &

• Personal Care business unit based in Calenzano. How you make the difference This position is crucial for Bolton because R&D; team has the ownership to boost innovations and to contribute to develop a competitive position in the market. Support marketing and R&D; in creating claims and identifying the most suitable performance tests to support them Coordinate the production and shipping of test samples Analyze clinical claims for competing products Archive clinical protocols in the most accurate and usable manner. You will collaborate with R&D; Personal Care team and you will be supported by your Manager, Testing &

• Consumer Insights Manager.

Education: bachelor in Chemistry or similar Work Experience: 2/3years in a similar role the ability to organizethe job activities in a methodical and rigorous way and to interface with other functions within the R&D; department and with other teams; the competence to manage storage and timely reporting of experimental data.

good knowledge of English proficient in Italian and English.
