Location: Milano, Milan, Italy | Agency: UM - Italy Ref#: 14853 | Type of Contract: Regular **OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE** The Media Planner will work in a group managing a local and international clients and report to the Media Manager. He/She will be responsible of the entire planning process by providing media planning offline/digital and buying recommendation. We are looking for enthusiastic, positive and curious people, who always ask an extra question and love to learn and work with others. **ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of offline and digital campaign activities (planning & buying)
- Demonstrate a high degree of agility in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in the analysis of research to develop the objectives, strategies, and tactics
- Deliver competitive report and analyze campaigns results
- Analyze campaigns, and recommend tactical changes to maximize campaign performance
- Responsible for billing process
- Manage and coordinate resources ensuring their field training **KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS**
- Strong understanding of media tools, as well as an understanding of media and creative concepts
- Accuracy, precision, attention to details and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of media agency dynamics and environment
- Ability to manage different digital campaign typologies (awareness, performance, data driven and retargeting)
- 4 years related experience in Media Planning and buying are appreciated
- Strong understanding of media tools (ex. Kubik, Arianna, Adbox, netbox, audiweb, Nielsen Fusion).
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills
- Knowledge of all aspects of Offline and Online Media; familiarity also with SEO, SEA, Social, Mobile activities
- Languages : fluent Italian and English
- Leadership, project mgm, accounting, public speaking, team player and people management, problem solving
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully with team
- Client relationship management
