- customers and activities assigned.
- Orders process: orders requisites management; orders entry, check,
- maintenance and processing towards targets;
- Support: back office support, system settings, data update, price grids upload etc
- Monitoring: data correctness, activity progress and deadlines of the activities assigned.
- Reporting: data and reports update (eg. Daily progress, Weekly sales etc)
- Communication: communication with colleagues, other depts, agents and customers.
- Collaboration:
collaboration with other colleagues and depts. (eg SCM, Sales, Credit, Logistics etc) What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree. Computer Knowledge: Good Office knowledge (Excel required). Language Knowledge: Good written and good spoken English. Travel required: n.a. Others: n.a.
