**Responsibilities**:
1、Responsible for daily site operations, including parcel pickup and delivery processes, warehouse management, and parcel dispatch coordination. 2、Handle customer complaints and exceptions to improve customer satisfaction and site reputation. 3、Monitor daily operational metrics (such as delivery confirmation rate, timeliness, and exception handling) and report to management. 4、Ensure operational safety and proper use of warehouse and office assets to prevent loss or damage. 5、Organize and manage staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, attendance tracking, and other personnel-related tasks. 6、Coordinate in-house couriers or DSP (Delivery Service Partner) resources to ensure timely deliveries and service quality. **Job Requirements**:
1、Experience in logistics operations management; prior experience in site or warehouse supervision is preferred.



2、Strong communication and coordination skills with supervisors, teams, delivery partners, and customers. 3、 Ability to work in high-intensity environments and respond quickly to unexpected issues. 4、 Basic proficiency in spoken Italian sufficient for daily work communication. 5、Capable of effectively organizing on-site operations and dispatching manpower and resources to ensure operational efficiency.
