We are currently strengthening our team within the **Procurement & Logistics** area. **Workplace**: Buttrio (UD) **Responsibilities**: - Preparation, management, and finalization of worldwide transport tenders
- Entry of transport orders
- Verification of supplier invoices
- Analysis of transport costs during shipment vs. transport costs during commercial offer phase
- Review of logistics contractual constraints and credit conditions
- Negotiation of contracts/rates for express couriers, national road transport, FOB Italy deliveries, and sea import/export to/from Italy
- Negotiation of contracts/rates for air transport from Italy for standard-sized goods, worldwide
- Negotiation and purchase of warehouse consumables **Technical Requirements**: - Incoterms & Shipping terms: Chartering / FCL / RoRo / General Sea Freight / Air Freight
- Standard and special road transport
- Procurement of transport services, at least for container shipments,



on a worldwide basis
- Definition of transport contract conditions and risk assessment
- Transport operations (critical weight/dimension analysis for selecting transport method and vehicle)
- Basic knowledge of Letters of Credit, specifically regarding transport documentation **Additional Requirements**
- Good command of the English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT tools **Soft Skills**: - Decision-making abilities
- Active listening and relationship-building skills with both internal and external clients and suppliers
- Ability to generate practical and timely solutions
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively **Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of chartering conditions and booking notes for breakbulk part-cargo vessels
- Familiarity with logistics service contracts, primarily packaging and warehouse handling **Business Unit**:
