For our Savigliano site in Italy we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiasticProject Configuration and Change ManagerPURPOSE OF THE JOBMaster the quality of deliveries by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability of the delivered products and services through the application of CCM activities.Accountable that all Project/Program stakeholders apply the CCM process.Keep the project/program configuration under control and manage changes during the whole lifecycle of the Project or Program.Reports directly to:Site Configuration and Change Management (CCM)MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Is leading the CCM activities in a Project.Applies CCM standard procedures, instructions, templates etc. and ensures that team members do not bypass them.Ensures the activities and Roles &
Responsibilities defined in the Configuration Management Plan (CMP) are applied and followed.Ensures Configuration and Change Management applicable tools are applied and manages access rights.Organizes and leads the Change Boards.Ensures the completeness, correctness,
clarity and timeline of Change Requests.Monitors Change requests and aligns all project/program stakeholders on the changes. EXPERIENCEKnowledge of Configuration & Change ManagementKnowledge of Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Requirements Management Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrialization, Data Management and Document Control inter-related with CCM.PlusWork experience in an international environmentCOMPETENCIES & SKILLSMandatory knowledge of railway products, railway solutions (signalling, telecom etc.), systems and componentsKnowledge of CCM tools Ability to communicate with all involved project/program stakeholdersGood English language skillsSystematic, rigorous, proactive and organized with good attention to detailsContributing to continuous improvement on processes and standardsIs a team contributor and sets a good environment for team colleaguesDriven for results with strong multi-tasking and influencing skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Educational RequirementsGraduate of University degree in Engineering.Salary Range 32.000 - 40.000 CCNL (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Lavoro) applied: Metalmeccanici IndustriaWe believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce is a lever to running a sustainable and successful business.
