JOB SUMMARY: Provide system, administrative and clerical support for sales tasks at the international subsidiary office. Assist internal and external customers through dealers with quotes on finance and leasing alternatives. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2. Reviews the transaction summary in the leasing system to insure accurate and complete information for documentation and booking purposes. 4. Uses Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation's (CFSC) software to create reports to track detailed sales information for review and comparison with headquarters' records. 5.



Prepares sales analytical and statistical reports and ensures compliance of sales focus programs in customers/dealers financial leasing quotes. 6. Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department. Progress toward accomplishment of these is measured through maintenance of necessary measurements and analysis of associated data. Participates in the identification of problem areas and development of resolutions to address them. **What You Will Have**:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment or in contract, credit, customer services or related discipline is recommended. Strong general office skills are required
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Marketing, and/or relevant experience in banks and financial institutions.
- Native knowledge of Italian; proficiency in English is required, and Spanish is a plus.
- ** Information Capture**: Knowledge of the methods, channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify, capture and document relevant business information in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner.
- ** Accuracy and Attention to Detail**: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.




- ** Initiative**: Being proactive and committing to action on self-identified job responsibilities and challenges; ability to seek out work and the drive to accomplish goals.
- ** Data Entry Management**: Knowledge of data entry management; ability to manage data entry and report the results during daily work. **Additional Information**: - No telework possibility (5 days in the office per week).
