- Drive end-to-end product validation for multiple wearable products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute validation strategies, test plans, and schedules for new and existing products. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, product management, design, and manufacturing teams to align validation activities with product development milestones.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners. Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client-side validation activities.
- Understand client requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery of validated products. Program Management
- Lead program planning, risk management, and issue resolution for validation projects.
- Track progress, report status, and drive continuous improvement in validation processes. Stakeholder Management
- Present validation results and recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and externally. **Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in product validation,
technical program management, or related roles, preferably in the wearables or consumer electronics industry.
- Skills: - Proven ability to manage multiple products and validation programs simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing skills; adept at handling client requirements and communications.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with wearable technologies and consumer electronics.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards relevant to wearables in the EU.
- Prior experience working with Italian clients or teams. **Location Requirement**
