Join Danfoss!For our Drives Division, we are looking for a Marketing Trainee to support marketing initiatives, enhance customer engagement, and participate in the development of innovative campaigns, learning tools and strategies in a dynamic and stimulating environment.**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Create, adapt, and validate marketing materials and graphic assets for internal use and co-marketing with partners, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
- Collect, review, and analyze marketing data to provide insights that support decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate and support events and initiatives at local and international levels, collaborating with internal teams and external partners and assisting with logistics and execution. **What We're Looking For**
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and project management; eagerness to learn how to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, digital channels, and content creation principles; basic knowledge of graphic design and branding guidelines is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
- Customer-focused mindset, with an interest in understanding customer needs and creating value.




- Strong proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
