**Company Description** Global People is looking for an Italian speaking HR Specialist to join our team! Global People provides Employment and digital solutions all over Europe and we are expanding rapidly. **Main tasks**: - Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guidelines.
- Answer queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
- Building relationships with external partners. **Requirements and Skills**: - Work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role and/or legal background, especially labor law (education/experience) is appreciated but not strictly necessary.
- Client management skills **Language Skills**: Fluent/Native in Italian. Fluency in English is always a must.
